Share Recovery Associate Program – Expertvuw

Share Recovery Partner Program for Professionals and Intermediaries

Our share recovery partner program is for professionals and intermediaries whose clients have old shares, unpaid dividends or holdings that have moved to IEPF. You keep the client relationship; we take on the documentation, company and RTA coordination, and follow-up. Choose a managed case model or a simple referral model, both tracked in our CRM, paid only by bank transfer, and set up on terms that respect your own professional and regulatory rules.

Quick answer

The Expertvuw share recovery partner program has two models. As a Case Partner, you bring a converted client, we handle the work, and we bill you a pre-agreed fixed service price per case or folio. As a Referral Partner, you introduce the client, we handle sales and work and bill the client, and you receive a referral fee on conversion by bank transfer.

Why a share recovery partner program

Many investors first mention old certificates, a deceased parent's folios or an IEPF transfer letter to someone they already trust: their broker's Authorised Person, their distributor, their adviser or their CA. These cases take time. Each one involves the company, its RTA, KYC updates, and often transmission or an IEPF-5 claim through IEPFA's integrated portal.

Our partner program lets you respond to that need without building a back office. You stay the trusted contact; our team does the case work with the client as the applicant.

The two partnership models

Model A: Case Partner (managed)

You bring a client who has already agreed to proceed. We handle documentation, filing support and follow-up with the company, RTA and IEPFA. You bill your client; Expertvuw bills you at a pre-agreed fixed service price per case or folio. This model suits firms that want to offer share recovery under their own relationship.

Model B: Referral Partner

You introduce the client and we take it from there: our team explains the process, agrees terms directly with the client, does the work and bills the client. When the client converts, you receive a referral fee, paid by bank transfer to your own account against an invoice or payout note carrying your PAN, with TDS deducted as applicable.

Partnering within your own professional rules

Members of professional institutes (CAs, CSs, advocates) and regulated intermediaries join on terms consistent with their own professional and regulatory rules. In practice this means:

  • CAs and CSs in practice do not receive referral fees. They work with us under Model A at a fixed service price, billing their client for their own engagement.
  • Advocates join on terms consistent with the rules that apply to them.
  • Investment advisers may introduce only clients whom they do not advise on those securities.
  • Authorised Persons do not use their broker's client data to identify or approach clients.
  • Every partner shares client details with us only with the client's written consent.

If you are unsure which model fits your registration or membership, tell us during the walkthrough and we will set up the arrangement accordingly.

How every partner case is handled

  • Every case is logged and tracked in our CRM from introduction to credit.
  • The client remains the applicant; shares are credited to the client's own demat account and money to the client's own bank account.
  • No cash payouts. All payments move by bank transfer against proper invoices.
  • No promises of outcomes or timelines are made to clients, by us or by partners.
  • Clients are always told that the official route is free and that simple claims, such as a straightforward IEPF-5 filing, can be done on their own.
  • Expertvuw is not affiliated with IEPFA, SEBI or any RTA.

What partners get

  • Status updates on each introduced or managed case, in plain language
  • One relationship manager as your single point of contact
  • A partner kit with client-facing explainers on IEPF, transmission and physical-to-demat
  • Quarterly rule-change updates, such as SEBI's simplified transmission and duplicate certificate norms and IEPFA's new claims portal

Frequently asked questions

Who can join the Expertvuw share recovery partner program?

Stock broker Authorised Persons, depository participants, mutual fund distributors, SEBI-registered investment advisers, wealth managers, family offices, advocates, CAs, CSs and NRI associations can apply. Each partner joins on terms consistent with their own professional and regulatory rules, and we agree the right model during a short walkthrough before signing a written partner agreement.

What is the difference between a Case Partner and a Referral Partner?

A Case Partner brings a client who has already agreed to proceed, bills that client, and pays Expertvuw a pre-agreed fixed service price per case or folio. A Referral Partner only introduces the client; Expertvuw explains the process, agrees terms, does the work and bills the client, and the partner receives a referral fee on conversion.

Can a practising CA or CS receive a referral fee?

No. CAs and CSs in practice do not receive referral fees under our program. They work with us under the Case Partner model at a fixed service price, handle their own engagement and billing with the client, and we do the documentation, filing support and follow-up behind them.

How and when are referral fees paid?

Referral fees are paid only after the introduced client converts, by bank transfer to the partner's own account. The partner raises an invoice or payout note with PAN, and TDS is deducted as applicable. We never make cash payouts, and all payments are recorded against the case in our CRM.

How do I track my clients' cases?

Every case is logged in our CRM from introduction onwards. Your relationship manager shares status updates at each stage, such as review, tracing and documents, filing and follow-up, and credit. The client remains the applicant, so shares go to the client's own demat account and money to the client's own bank account.

What should partners tell clients about the free official route?

Partners should tell clients that the official IEPF route is free, that Form IEPF-5 has no filing charge, and that simple claims can be done on their own. Our help is useful for complex cases. Neither partners nor Expertvuw promise any outcome or timeline, and client details are shared with us only with written consent.
