1. Who we are

This website, expertvuw.in, is operated by Expertvuw Management Private Limited (CIN U74999DL2022PTC397579), registered office F64-65, Manish Global Mall, Sector 22, Dwarka, New Delhi 110077 (“Expertvuw”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

2. What we do, and what we do not do

• We provide documentation, coordination and follow-up support to help claimants recover unclaimed shares, dividends, deposits and other investments through the official routes laid down by the relevant company, registrar, regulator or authority.
• We are a private company. We are not affiliated with or authorised by IEPFA, MCA, SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, EPFO, PFRDA, India Post or any court.
• We are not a registrar and share transfer agent, depository participant, stock broker, law firm or firm of company secretaries or chartered accountants. Where a matter needs certification, representation or a court filing, it is handled by an independent, appropriately qualified professional.
• Every claim is decided by the company, registrar or authority concerned. We do not guarantee that a claim will be approved, its value, or the time it will take.

3. You remain the applicant

All claims are made in the claimant’s own name. Shares are credited only to the claimant’s demat account and money only to the claimant’s bank account. We never ask for net-banking logins, demat or UAN passwords, or OTPs.

4. Information on this website

Content on this website is general information, current as of the date shown on each page. Rules change and each case is different. It is not legal, tax or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice on your own facts.

5. Engaging us

• An enquiry or initial case review does not create an engagement. Work starts only after a written agreement is signed, which sets out the scope and our professional fee.
• If the written agreement and these terms differ, the written agreement applies.
• You agree to give us accurate and complete information and genuine documents, and to complete the steps that only you can complete (signing, notarisation, attestation, KYC with the company or registrar) within a reasonable time.

6. Fees and refunds

Our professional fee is agreed in writing before work starts. Official routes carry no government filing fee, but you may incur third-party costs such as stamp paper, notarisation, apostille, courier or court fees; these are payable by you. Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Your data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Documents you share are used only for your case and shared only with the institutions and professionals who need them.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use this website to submit false information, impersonate another person, attempt to claim assets you are not entitled to, or interfere with the website’s operation.

9. Intellectual property

The content, design and logos on this website belong to Expertvuw Management Private Limited. You may view and print pages for personal use. You may not republish or commercially reuse them without our written permission.

10. Third-party links

This website links to official and third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for delay or rejection of a claim by a company, registrar or authority, or for loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied to us. Our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the professional fee paid to us for that engagement.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. We encourage you to raise any concern with us first at info@expertvuw.in so that we can try to resolve it.
