IEPF Consultant in Hyderabad: Share Recovery for Telangana Families, Handled Remotely

Expertvuw is a Delhi-based firm that helps Hyderabad and Telangana families recover old physical shares, unclaimed dividends and shares transferred to IEPF without travelling to Delhi. Your case is handled remotely from start to finish. Any document that needs signing or notarising is done by you in your own city, and we guide you on exactly what is needed.

Quick answer

Expertvuw has no Hyderabad office, and your claim does not need one. We handle the company and registrar correspondence remotely and IEPF claims are filed online in your name. You stay the applicant and all shares and money are credited to your own accounts.

Hyderabad and old shareholdings

Hyderabad families hold shares bought through the former Hyderabad Stock Exchange, employee and public-issue allotments, and holdings inherited from parents who worked across India. Typical situations include:

  • physical certificates in the name of a deceased parent or grandparent
  • folios with old addresses or signatures that no longer match
  • dividends unpaid for years and shares transferred to IEPF
  • heirs settled in the United States, the Gulf or elsewhere abroad

Hyderabad-based registrars you may deal with

KFin Technologies Limited, registrar for companies including Reliance Industries, Hindustan Unilever, Larsen & Toubro and State Bank of India, is headquartered in Hyderabad. Other registrars based in the city include Venture Capital and Corporate Investments Private Limited and XL Softech Systems Limited. Living near a registrar does not speed up a claim: registrars work on complete written requests, so what matters is that the papers are complete and consistent the first time. We prepare those requests and follow them up.

Heirship documents in Telangana

Where the holder has died without a nominee, companies and registrars ask for proof of heirship. In Telangana the family member certificate is issued by the Revenue Department and applied for through MeeSeva. Larger or disputed holdings may need a succession certificate from a civil court, filed through an advocate. See our legal heir share recovery and succession certificate support pages.

How the remote process works

The work follows the same national process wherever you live. In broad stages:

  1. Case review by video call, phone or WhatsApp, to understand what you hold and which official route applies.
  2. Records and KYC. We trace the folio, the company and its registrar, and map the family tree where the holder has died.
  3. Paperwork with the company or registrar. We prepare the forms and letters; you sign them in Hyderabad and courier originals only when they are asked for.
  4. IEPF claim, where needed. The claim is filed online in your name, and we follow up with the company and the IEPF Authority until the claim is decided.

Frequently asked questions

Does Expertvuw have an office in Hyderabad?

No. Expertvuw is based in Delhi, with its registered office in Dwarka and a corporate office in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram. We serve Hyderabad clients remotely by video call, phone, WhatsApp, email and courier, and clients who prefer to meet in person are welcome at our Gurugram office by appointment.

Do I need to travel to Delhi for my claim?

No. IEPF claims are filed online, and companies and registrars work on documents received by courier and email. Any paper that must be signed or notarised is executed by you in Hyderabad.

Why does it matter that my documents are signed in Telangana?

Papers such as indemnity bonds and affidavits are executed on stamp paper, and stamp duty is set by the state where they are signed. We tell you which documents to execute, on what stamp value and in what wording, so they are accepted the first time.

How long does a claim take?

Timelines depend on the company, the registrar and how complete your documents are, so we do not promise dates. Registrar requests move once complete documents are received; IEPF claims take longer because both the company and the IEPF Authority verify them.

The registrar for my shares is in Hyderabad. Can I simply visit them?

You can. Where the holder has died, certificates are lost or records do not match, the registrar will still need a complete set of documents in the correct form. We prepare that set so the request is not returned.
